Jodi Berger, PT

Jodi Berger MPT, a highly experienced pelvic health physical therapist, works closely with Chesapeake Urology to provide patients with pelvic floor dysfunction advanced physical therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Jodi received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.  Her post-graduate training and work experiences were completed at Johns Hopkins Hospital, rotating through acute care, pediatrics, in-patient rehab, cardio-pulmonary rehab and the out-patient orthopedics departments.  Following her passion, Jodi spent the next five years at Johns Hopkins Hospital specializing in the treatment of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy for complex pelvic floor conditions including urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.  

In 2009, Jodi opened In Balance Physical Therapy and Wellness Center with the goal of providing patients with specialized services in both cardio-pulmonary and Pelvic Health physical therapy while also providing comprehensive care to patients with generalized physical therapy concerns. To stay current with the newest research and treatment techniques, Jodi has taken numerous advanced level continuing education courses in the pelvic health field dealing with pelvic pain, incontinence and sexual dysfunction as well as pre and post partum concerns and pediatric incontinence.  


 

Kerry Kress, PT

KERRY KRESS, MPT

President, In Balance Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health

Kerry is a physical therapist who has worked in acute, sub-acute and outpatient rehab and has more than 12 years of  PT experience. Kerry takes an integrated approach to rehabilitation, effectively treating men, women and children for pelvic dysfunctions related to urologic conditions.  She graduated from Boston University with a B.S in Health Sciences and from Columbia University with a Master's degree in physical therapy, along with an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
